"Finally, something that stays put"
This thing actually stays in place really well, even when my kid decides to climb all over it like it’s a jungle gym. Shocking, I know—a product that does what it’s supposed to do.

"Replacement was honestly painless"
We had a small issue with one of our hiccapop items after using it for a few months, so I reached out to customer service. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, so I made sure to have my order info and a couple photos ready just in case they tried to make it difficult.
They replied quickly and sent out a replacement without any runaround. No arguing, no endless back-and-forth, just a really easy warranty experience. Definitely made me feel better about buying from them again

"So far, so good — no leaks"
I got this for my toddler it’s been doing exactly what I hoped. There have already been a couple little spills, because of course there have, and even one nighttime accident, but nothing has leaked through so far. It wipes clean easily too, which is a huge plus because I really don’t need one more annoying thing to deal with. Overall, I’m happy with it at this point.

"Fits better than I expected"
I ordered this from hiccapop and was impressed with how well the size worked out. It fit our space really nicely and didn’t feel awkward to use at all. I was a little worried it might be too bulky, but it’s actually very manageable. Overall, it feels like a solid choice and I’m glad we went with it

"Makes outings with my toddler so much easier"
I ordered from Hiccapop it was really easy. We’ve used it a bunch when we’re out and about with our toddler, especially when we’re rushing, which is basically all the time. It just makes things a little easier, and with a kid, easier is everything. Really glad we found it.

"Pretty easy to set up"
I ordered from hiccapop and overall it was a smooth experience. The instructions were clear for the most part, and the pictures definitely made setup easier. There was one step that threw me off a little, so I had to go back and read it again, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Everything worked the way it was supposed to in the end. I’d give it 4 stars just because that one part could’ve been explained a bit better.

"Looks nice, but the colors threw me off a bit"
I thought the site looked clean overall and it was easy for me to browse around. I’ll blame whoever picked the color mix a little though, because it felt a bit busy in places and made it harder for me to focus than it needed to be.

"Pretty quiet overall"
As a parent, I’m sensitive to anything that might mess with my kid’s sleep, but this has been working well and stays fairly quiet most of the time. There is a small hum at night that I notice, but my kid sleeps through it just fine. I took off one star for the noise, but overall I’m happy with it

I got this from Hiccapop and I think the adjustability is probably my favorite part. It doesn’t take long to change the height or settings, and it seems to fit better as my kid grows. It’s straightforward to use too, no struggling with a bunch of weird buttons or straps. it kind of feels like it was designed by someone who’s actually dealt with kids before. I’d probably buy it again.

I picked up a Hiccapop item for my baby, she seems way more comfortable with it. She’s squirming less and settles down faster, which has been a huge win for us.
Shipping was totally fine, and the website was easy to use. So far I’m really happy with it and would definitely buy from them again.

I’m usually skeptical of all the polished company claims about better baby sleep, but this did seem to help. It took a couple nights, and now the baby is sleeping longer stretches. Good overall...

I ordered this from Hiccapop and it arrived in good shape, no issues there. When I first opened it though, it definitely had that new foam/plastic smell. I let it sit out and air out for about a day, Maybe a little longer, and it got a lot better. Not a huge problem overall, I just wish the smell wasn’t so strong right out of the box.

"Better than I expected, honestly"
I wasn’t totally sure about this at first, but I have to admit it feels solid. The materials seem sturdy, and the stitching/build quality is better than I expected. It’s not perfect—there are a couple of small edges that could be cleaned up a bit, but overall it seems well made and holds up well.

"A few dents, but still worth it"
The box showed up with a couple of small dents, so I was a little worried at first. Thankfully, everything inside was totally fine. Not perfect packaging, but not a big deal for the price.

I bought this from Hiccapop for my kid, i was surprised by how nice it is!!! The materials feel really sturdy and not cheap or flimsy at all, which I definitely appreciate. Everything worked right out of the box too, so that was a win!!!
We’ve been using it almost every day, and it’s held up really well so far!!! It’s also easy to clean, which is huge when kids are involved. I don’t really have any complaints, I’d totally buy it again!!!
